As expected, these are independent films from Spain, Indonesia, Georgia Canada, Ireland, Turkey, India, Brazil and Egypt as well as one TV Movie, which did not receive wide distribution in the English speaking world. This does not mean that the film score is questionable or less reliable than those that have 140,000 votes. Once 9,000 people rate at a film, the tendency is for its score to gradually shift up or down as more people watch it. This means, that if these films were to ever reach 100,000 votes, their score then would likely resemble the score they have now. Most of the films below have over 20,000 votes on IMDB so it can be considered fairly accurate. In order from highest rated:

Necla who is suffering from her recent divorce. In winter as the snow
begins to fall, the hotel turns into a shelter but also an inescapable
place that fuels their animosities. At the Cannes Film Festival it won the FIPRESCI Prize and the Palme d'Or.
